PPWR Manager Role Center

The PackSPOT PPWR Manager profile contains the role center for working with PackSPOT. Assign it under Settings > My Settings > Role, or as an administrator through the user card.

In the top bar, you open:

Tiles​

A click on a tile opens the counted records.

Packaging Activities​

The tiles count packagings by recycling grade:

  • Starting 2038: Class A and Class B
  • Starting 2030: Class C
  • Non-Recyclable / Unknown: Non-Recyclable (Class D and E) and Unclassified

Item Packaging Activities​

The Not Certified tile counts the item packaging lists with the status New and Under Development.

Reporting Activities​

The tiles under Outstanding Packaging Report count the reports that have not been reported:

  • This Month: the reporting period starts in the current month.
  • Prev. Months: the reporting period started in an earlier month.

Compliance Activities​

For Compliance Documents and EU Declarations of Conformity (DoC), there are two tiles each:

  • Expired: the valid to date is before today.
  • Expiring Soon: the valid to date is within the next 30 days.

KPIs​

  • Role Distribution: doughnut chart with the number of packagings per PPWR role and a segment for Producer (EPR). A click on a segment opens the packagings.
  • Materials: column chart with the weight in grams per reporting category, summed over the composition of all packagings. It shows the master data, not the posted quantities.
